Design: The case, forged from grade 5 titanium, features a three-part tonneau-shaped construction, measuring 50 x 42.7 x 16.15 mm, offering both ergonomics and exceptional comfort. The case is assembled with 20 titanium spline screws, ensuring the watch’s water resistance to 50 meters. The dial is skeletonized, with an inset sign consisting of three “text discs,” each with six sides, each displaying a phrase that can be used to form a different message.
Movement and Functions: Equipped with the manual-winding tourbillon caliber RM69, developed in collaboration with Audemars Piguet’s Renaud & Piguet movement factory. The movement’s baseplate and bridges are machined from grade 5 titanium, comprising 505 components and 41 rubies. Its unique Duoplan design aligns the tourbillon and barrel on the same axis. This movement features the time, a tourbillon, and a unique “Oracle” complication. A pusher at 10 o’clock activates the rotation of a grade 5 titanium roller, revealing a random text narrative. To facilitate reading the narrative, a pusher at 8 o’clock instantly retracts the hour and minute hands, which automatically return to the time position when the button is released. The movement also boasts a power reserve of approximately 69 hours, displayed in a novel instrument at 4 o’clock.
