Squeaking brakes only when reversing – normal or something wrong?

I’ve got a 2016 Ford Explorer and for the past few months, the brakes make this loud squeaking noise only when I’m backing out of my driveway in the morning. It doesn’t happen when I’m driving forward or braking at normal speeds, just that first reverse move of the day. The brake pads have plenty of life left according to my last oil change place, and the rotors look smooth. A friend said it could be moisture on the pads overnight or maybe the hardware clips need lubrication. I’ve been looking for a reliable abu dhabi brake service that can do a simple clean and lube without trying to sell me new pads and rotors I don’t need. Has anyone here had this exact issue and fixed it with just a cleaning? Or is this a sign that the pads are glazed and need replacement anyway? It’s more annoying than concerning but I’m tired of waking up the neighbors every morning. Thanks for any advice.
