We have been struggling with manual order handling and inventory syncing on our ecommerce store and someone recommended looking into AMZ Retailers ecommerce automation services.
From what I understand they help businesses automate repetitive tasks like order fulfillment, stock updates and reporting so the whole operation runs smoother without needing a big team behind it. Since a lot of what they do overlaps with how ERP systems handle workflows, I figured this group might have some useful perspective on evaluating automation vendors in general.
