If you want to recover photos that were deleted from the recently deleted folder, this task is going to become much more complicated because deleting photos from the Recently Deleted folder will mean losing access to these photos through the restoration process in the Photos app. First of all, you should attempt to view the photo in iCloud Photos, Finder, iTunes, or on any other device on which there could be an older version of that photo. If you have no backup, do not perform any radical actions with your iPhone and consider the possibility of using special recovery software.
