There is a section that explains how to activate the Australian features.
Manage Australian Features:
Use of Workplace Gender Profile Reporting
Allows activation or deactivation of Workforce Gender Profile Information capture via the Manage Australian Features Flow
After the Manage Australian Features Usage process has been run; with Workplace Gender Profile Information Capture set to “yes”, the extensible flexfield Assignment EIT Information EFF must be deployed (Information on extensible flexfields and how to deploy them is available via Applications Help)
(A) Navigation: Payroll > Checklist > Tasks: Submit a Process or Report > Australian LDG: Manage Australian Features Usage. (Activate the Workplace Gender Profile Information Capture feature if not already in use)
(B) Deploy the extensible flexfield Assignment EIT Information EFF, after Manage Australian Features Usage has completed
