We constantly strive to build more and more content into our courses and keep on adding the same so that you benefit the maximum from your membership at ERPWebTutor. The subscription will provide you complete access to all the content in the particular course and will also include all new content that will be added during the membership tenure.

Please read the conditions carefully before making your payment.

• The subscription expires automatically after the period mentioned in the course.
• Before subscribing, make sure that you are able to view all free units without any problems and you are satisfied with the presentations and Oracle Applications demonstrations, as refund will not be issued once you subscribe. Rest of the videos carry the same style.
• Students get access to our training environment during their active subscription period.
• ERPWebTutor.com has the right to increase subscription fee any time without notice. The increase in the fees will not affect your current subscription. Once you subscribe you are locked into the current price until your subscription expires. The price increase will only be applicable during renewal of your subscription and to the new subscribers.
• ERPWebTutor.com has the right to cancel subscriptions without notice. In such cases, prorated refunds will be made to the subscriber.
• All content is a property of ERPWebTutor. com. You are not allowed to capture or download video/audio from the website in any format. Copying or capturing videos/audios are considered a theft. Any such action will be prosecuted to the fullest by ERPWebTutor. com. ERPWebTutor.com has the right to cancel any account in case of suspicious activities. Fees will not be refunded in such case for the remainder of the period.
• For copyright purposes no documents can be sent or downloaded from the website.
• Price and purchase of any course/training entitles access to only one candidate. If found that more than one candidate is accessing the course then ERPWebTutor has the right to terminate the subscription.
• You are not allowed to share your login information with any other person. IP activities are monitored regularly. ERPWebTutor com has the right to cancel any account in case of suspicious activities. Fees will not be refunded in such case for the remainder of the period.
• Accessing videos from multiple locations will trigger an alert and may lead to suspension or termination of your access with or without a notice and explanation.
• For courses that comes with Oracle cloud instance access, shared user access will be provided. For security reasons and maintaining a clean environment for our students, we cannot provide any roles that exposes the user accounts and delivered roles.

Website usage guidelines?

• Do not Insult, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise infringe the rights of others;
• Do not publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, indecent, offensive or unlawful material or information;
• Do not upload, install, transfer files which are protected by Intellectual Property laws or software which affect other computers.
• It’s prohibited to edit HTML source code, reverse engineer or attempt to hack.
• Do not run Spam services/scripts or anything which could affect infrastructure, and in turn, users.
• Do not communicate spam, advertise or sell services such as digital downloads, eBooks or phishing links
• You may not copy, distribute and indulge in plagiarism with website content or user submitted content.

Refund Policy

• NO REFUND POLICY. As our prime service offering is software based, refunds are not entertained after the payment.

Complimentary Instance Access

• Complimentary instance access comes with some of our courses. You can check the course description to find know if the course subscription includes the complimentary access.
• Sharing of instance credentials with others WILL result in loss of access to the course as well as the instance and NO refund will be issued.
• ERPWebTutor will perform periodic refresh of the training environment to make sure that the configurations are clean for students. Trainees will be responsible to backup their setups and move those back in the training environment after the refresh is complete.
