Unable to Run Convert Pending workers Automatically Process

When running the process, getting the error Unable to Retrieve Content for “Remote Region error”. The pending workers are set to Yes for include in Automatic run. What is the issue?

This happens mostly for upgrade customers.

Solution:

Add the privilege PER_AUTO_CONVERT_PWKS_PRIV to the HR Specialist role (or the custom version you are using). Then run the Import User and Role Application Security Data. See the attached screenshot.
