HDL (HCM Data Loader) was introduced by Oracle since Rel 10 and is now the primary method of doing all data conversions. Customers who have implemented Fusion prior to Rel 10 have the ability to turn on partial HDL. Customers who started their implementation in Rel 10 and above had to use HDL as the tool for all data conversions. You can read more on HDL on My Oracle support.
FBL (File based Loader) has been made obsolete and customers will not be able to use it any longer. ERPWebTutor will post a new course dedicated for HDL to help our students gain expertise in that area.
