Best strategy for handling unfair negative feedback?

      Our business has always maintained a high rating, but a couple of recent unfair reviews are starting to drag us down. We’ve tried replying politely, but they’re just spam. Is there a legit way to request a removal, or should I just ignore them and hope for the best?

      Don’t just ignore them; unfair reviews can really hurt your conversion. I’d suggest taking a more proactive approach. I personally used this step-by-step manual by Getpin to clean up our profile: https://getpin.com/google-business-profile-en/how-to-remove-bad-reviews-from-google-business-profile/ . It explains how to distinguish between “bad” and “violating” reviews. Based on my personal experience, knowing the right technical loopholes is the only way to get Google’s support to listen to you!
