Don’t just ignore them; unfair reviews can really hurt your conversion. I’d suggest taking a more proactive approach. It explains how to distinguish between “bad” and “violating” reviews. Based on my personal experience, knowing the right technical loopholes is the only way to get Google’s support to listen to you!
