I’m looking for some honest advice about fixing slow or unstable WiFi on older laptops and desktops. I recently tried a Netgear wifi adapter and noticed some changes, but I’m not fully sure if this is the best long term solution. How do you usually handle weak signals at home or work? Do you switch adapters, adjust placement, or change network settings first? I’d really like to hear what has worked for others and what you would recommend trying next.
