EBS Legal Entities – No Cities Found

I am trying to create a “Legal Entity” for my GL and when I try to type in my City, it doesn’t show up with anything in the LOV. I tried going into the Trading Community Architecture -> Geography Hierarchies -> US and manually enter my State, City and County information but it still does not show up even after I ran the Geography Name Reference. Can you please help me with this?
