I am getting an error in ESS when accessing the employee record. it is saying the following:

Error- A map is currently unavailable. Your help desk was notified.

How can we fix this?

This is most likely due to a missing profile. From Setup and Maintenance go to Manage Administrator Profile Values” and search the profile option coded as “ATK_CONTEXT_ADDRESS_MAP_OPTION”.
If the value is missing add the following:

It should work.
