Have Expert Services Helped You Solve Difficult Project Challenges?

[Nelda Lucas]

I was involved in a discussion recently about a project where the team struggled to agree on several technical and commercial issues, and someone suggested bringing in Expert Services to provide an independent perspective. I have never worked with outside experts before, so I am curious whether their involvement usually helps clarify the situation and move discussions forward or if the outcome depends more on how well the project team communicates and documents the issues from the beginning. I would really appreciate hearing real experiences and insights from anyone who has worked through a similar situation.
