Rough idle when stopped in drive – injectors or motor mounts?

I’ve got a 2013 BMW X3 with the N20 engine, and lately I’ve noticed that when I’m sitting at a red light in drive, the whole car vibrates more than it used to. The steering wheel doesn’t shake, but I can feel a low frequency vibration through the seat and the floor. If I shift into neutral or park, it smooths out completely. The engine runs fine otherwise, no misfires or loss of power. A friend suggested it might be worn engine mounts, but another person said dirty fuel injectors can cause a rough idle that feels like vibration. I’ve been looking for a capable injector service that can clean them ultrasonically and flow test them before I go replacing mounts which are also expensive on these cars. Has anyone here had a vibration only in drive at idle that turned out to be injectors rather than mounts? How did you tell the difference? Car has 140k km and I’ve never had the injectors serviced. Any diagnostic tips would be great. Thanks.
