Oracle Advanced Benefits or OAB is Oracle’s product for managing the benefits of an enterprise. In this series of videos we will explain the various setup steps in order to an OAB implementation. Please note that in order to start understanding OAB, it is essential that you have a strong command over the Core HRMS module and some understanding of elements in Total Compensation. The step by step videos will explain the different components in OAB and how they can be linked. It will be a good idea to go through the introduction video before jumping onto these configuration videos. The introduction video talks in details about OAB as a product and how it is used by the enterprises.
