Setting up Value Sets

Value sets are used to store values that are then used to associate with data entry fields. When the user wants to assign value to a datafield, he can then choose a specific value for the value set. This eliminates data entry errors forces the user to choose a value from a predefined list. In this tutorial we will see the creation of value sets which will be used in our data entry process for job creation. Similarly you can adopt the same technique for positions, grades, competency etc.
