OA Personalizations – Overview

In Oracle Applications R12.1 and below, OA FRamework technology is used across all modules for browser based pages. Therefore the concept is the same whether you want to do personalizations in SSHR or iExpense for example. The tutorials mostly shows demo from the AR module, but the technique remains the same for SSHR module as well.

OA Framework includes the OA Personalization Framework which allows you to personalize an Oracle E-Business Suite application page without modifying any underlying code. Personalizing the appearance of or the data displayed in an OA Framework-based page is easy and straightforward. This lesson gives an overview of OA Framework Personalizations for the self service pages.
