Is a reselling business worth starting?

I keep seeing people talk about buying products cheap and flipping them online, but I also don’t want to dump money into inventory that sits for months or sells at a loss once fees and shipping are taken out. I’m fine starting small and learning as I go, I just don’t know what the realistic upside and downside look like. Is reselling actually worth getting into, and where would you start if you were new to it?</span>
