Our Oracle Cloud Benefits Administration Essentials training course is designed to prepare your team for all configuration and management aspects of Oracle Cloud Benefits application to meet your business goals. After taking this training, your Benefits Administration team will be able to:

  • Perform basic setups using the Setup and Maintenance task area (eligibility profiles, lookups, value sets, flexfields etc.)
  • Understand the security and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts in Cloud HCM
  • Effectively create and manage benefit plans and programs
  • Administer rates and coverage, eligibility profiles, and life events.
  • Roll out Open Enrollments
  • Troubleshoot issues with enrollments, life-events processing, backing out and manually reprocessing life events etc.
  • Run various benefits reports
  • Build benefit groups, create appropriate benefits affiliations, and construct extracts to transmit data to plan carriers.
  • Administer benefit year periods, plan types, and options.
