This course is designed to help employees:
- Perform changes to their personal information information such as name, address, phone number, personal emails etc.
- Manage their contacts and dependents
- View and enroll into Benefits (Requires Cloud Benefits implementation)
- Manage direct deposits and tax information in self-service
- View payslips and W2 information online (Requires Payroll implementation)
- Upload supporting documents
- Make absence requests (Requires Absence Management implementation)
- Enter time using calendar or timecard (Requires Time and Labor implementation)
This course is designed to help Line Managers:
- View and manage their direct and indirect reports
- Perform tasks like Transfer, Promote etc for the people they manage directly or indirectly
- Assign goals for annual review (Requires Goal Management implementation)
- Conduct Performance review for their direct and indirect reports (Requires Talent Management implementation)
- Recommend annual compensation increases and bonuses for the team they manage
- Review and take actions on notifications that requires their approvals
- Setup vacation rules to re-assign the approvals to other managers when they are out of office
- Review time entry submissions from their team and take appropriate actions (Requires Time and Labor implementation)
- View their team’s availability and absence requests (Requires Absence Management implementation)
