R12.x Oracle HRMS Performance Management Fundamentals

This is a self-paced course. Students get access to the videos and the Oracle APPS vision instance during their active subscription.

Oracle HRMS Performance Management course gives an introduction of the functionalities and usage of this performance management software. Participants enrolled for the course will learn to work upon this application and to perform performance management tasks using the different functions available in the package. They will also create competencies and other worker competency profiles, while defining competency requirements for the organization.
