Processing third-party checks in Fusion Payroll was a challenge in Release 12 and earlier. In the latest R13 we have a much Improved Third Party Payment processing in Fusion Payroll. This allows us to maintain just one Check Organization pay method and still process the employee check and the third-party checks separately. This video demonstrates how the new functionalities have made this possible.
